The Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation, Inc. exists to provide resources, services, home medical equipment, adaptive devices and clinic services to enable individuals affected with a neuromuscular disease and their family members to live independent and productive lives. MDFF offers the following services: Assistance with diagnosis, prognosis, therapy services, adaptive equipment and advocacy. Provides services through a children's clinic and an adult clinic. Enable individuals to have a better understanding of the different stages of the disease. Provide and locate financial assistance as needed. Conduct educational and informational programs. Provide and distribute materials on the resources of the agency and other service providers. Speakers bureau,school and work advocacy and grief counseling.
